Surat Thani Airport has Lomprayah counter for check-in counter at 1st floor for reserved passengers and please show your certificate of vaccination once you check-in. The staff will give a tagging sticker on the bag and shirt after checking-in. Please stick to your shirt for recheck your destination island correctly

Lomprayah Office at Donsak Pier

The car arrives at Donsak pier and drops off the customer who reserved for airport transfer at jetty to get on the boat to Koh Tao Island but for customers who reserve only boat tickets from Donsak Pier to Koh Tao. Please be ready to check in at the Lomprayah office first (Lomprayah Office Donsak Pier) open daily at 8:00 a.m. - 17:00 p.m.  No food and beverages are not available for sale near the office area but restrooms are available. Please check in to get tickets and sticker tag at the office first then they can board the boat.

Before getting on the boat, there will be staff checking the boat ticket and certificate of vaccination again before on board. Please also masked up every time during the trip except the policy will change according to the future situation

Mostly speedboat service from Donsak Pier to Koh Tao. It takes approximately 3 hours 30 mins

Please noted the boat will change once at Koh Phangan Station and may change to be ferry depends on the number of passenger

Lomprayah will drop off passengers at the main port of Koh Tao Island called Mae Haad Pier after that the customers can contact the resort for transfer pick up at Mae Haad Pier. Some resorts may offer free pick-up services or may not. You can inquire directly with your accommodation
