Cancellations Policy
- Please note that the booking is non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Reservation Change
- In case of booking only the ferry, please notify us to change at least 3 days before departure date and specify the date that you would like to change for further process to revise the documents. Please note that cannot change the non-specified ticket (If you are not notify the new travel date before departure date. You must be paid for a new ticket)
- In the case of booking both of car and ferry, please notify us to change at least 3 days before departure date. If you notify us less than 3 days, you must be paid a new ticket both of car and ferry (please notify to change within working hours 8:00 am - 16:00 pm - Thailand time)
- In case of postponing the travel date, it can only be postponed from the original itinerary booked for 1 month. And not on the day Stop the public or Various holidays It is not possible to change the itinerary or modify the reserved car and boat in the event that the car or boat is full, can not separate tickets or booking routes in the same booking in all cases (notice of change during business hours 08.00am-4.00pm., Thailand time)

In case of change travel schedule, can be postpone from booked date within 1 month and cannot be use in public holidays or holiday festivals (please notify to change within working hours at 8:00 am - 16:00 pm - Thailand time)
* Has 3 ways to postpone
- 1. Postpone Travel Faster
Ex. Originally, traveling 15/4/21, postponed the 1st time to travel to 15/10/21 and would like to change the date of the 2nd trip. By the new schedule as 10/09/21, please notify the request, request to postpone. At the latest, not later than 7/09/21.
- 2. Postpone Travel Further
Ex. Originally, traveling 15/4/21, postponed the 1st time to travel to 15/10/21 and would like to change the date of the 2nd trip. By the new schedule as 25/10/21 to notify the request to postpone. At the latest, not later than 13/10/21 (3 days before the original booking, based on the original booking schedule) on 8:00am-4:00pm (postpone notification before the original travel schedule). At least 3 days lastet changes and specify a new trip)
- 3. In case, that the travel date has passed, even customer does not enter the service, the ticket will expire automatically - In case of urgent booking within 24 hours before departure, cannot change the travel date. Based on customer reserved the tickets, no refund in case of customer cannot travel as booked.
- In case of passengers cannot travel, you can change passengers name instead of you.
- For return ticket, passengers can change schedule only the same company. Passengers cannot change for different company. If there is a difference in the service charge, you have to be additional payment. However, in case of passengers would like to change schedule in a difference company. You have to pay for the new ticket.
- For Ferry/bus reservation, In case of the government announce special or additional holidays. The schedule cannot change in every condition.
- Amendment the schedule can be change only 1 time without any charge. If more than 1 time required to pay fully amount of new ticket.
- In case of unexpected weather conditions that make ferry stop the services. This condition will follow announcement of Marine Department only for security reasons of passengers.
- Amendment the schedule can be accepted only same route. For different route cannot be acceptable, if the passengers would like to change in different route will be required to pay fully amount of new ticket.
- In case of amend booking, you will receive the revised voucher via e-mail mainly within 24 hours. if you don't receive the voucher. please contract : 0638636665( Phone number) / @ferryadvice (Line). please always check your email to protect your interests because if you do not reply to the email we will assume the customer has received it.
Check-In
- Please check in at the office or the boots of ferry’s company at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. In case of passengers miss a booked schedule. Passengers have to pay for a new ticket. The company reserves the right to refund and changes for a time table.
- For buying or upgrade a new tickets. Please pay directly at port, the price will be the same rate at the office.
Regulations for Getting a Ferries / Speedboat
- The ferry allows only booked passengers to get the boat. In case of you bring other passengers after booking even if a children without your notice, our company reserves the right to be not allow to get the ferry in the case of a full.
- Speedboat is not allow for a pet. However, in case of a ferry passengers have to pay for pet service charges at the port and only for outdoor area. The company reserves the right to sit in the air conditioned room.
- In case of the company that passengers reserved, have a services both of ferry and speedboat. The passengers have already booked speedboat. Because of the problem of weather conditions, the speedboat cannot service. Passengers can change to a ferry with the same schedule booking only. The company reserves the right to refund for the different service charge because of weather conditions, the company must be based on safety.
- Please noted that not allowed to drink alcohol while traveling on a ferry.
- In case of pregnant women passengers for speed boat booking. Please check with the doctor before travelling. In case of unexpected situation that effect with pregnant women passengers. The company will not be responsible.
Passengers Continue to Take a Flight
- During the time travel may be changed because of the weather conditions. The company cannot be informed in advance. In the case of passengers plan to continue to take a flight, please take time 2-3 hours from the schedule to be safety.
Note: Booking for different companies.
- In case of booking a return ticket with different company, If passengers have any change of accommodation or schedule of booking (only for Koh Kood). Please contact tel no. 063 863 6665 or e-mail: booking@ferryadvice.com. If passengers do not inform in advance, may be have a chance to miss a ferry for return.
- In case of booking a return ticket with different company (only for Koh Kood), please park your car at the office only. When passengers return, passengers can inform the driver for your destination.
- Passengers can use voucher for registration at island.
Note: In the case of ferry delay because of weather conditions and affecting to passengers schedule, this condition is not responsible for the company due to based on safety.
