Lomprayah Office (Donsak Pier) opens daily from 08.00-17.00. The office has a bathroom available, but food and beverage service are not available. At first, Customers must check in to get the tickets and bag stickers at the office, so then you can board the boat.

Lomphaya Office has a large parking area for service in front of the office (free of charge) but, there is no staff to take care of them. Normally, traveller can park in this area as usual.

At the pier, when walking to the end of the pier, there will be a boat parked waiting for you. There is only 1 boat per day, once round only. If the boat is full, you have to travel the next day.



Before getting on the boat, Staff will check the boat ticket again. For the COVID-19 situation, travelers must provide vaccinated certificate and wearing a mask during the trip, except the COVID-19 policy will change in the future.

Staff will take care of you during getting on the boat.



Initially, the boat in service from Donsak Pier to Koh Tao, it is used as a speedboat 45 seats. It takes about 3.30 hours.
