Lomprayah's office branch (Chumphon Train Station) has a counter service in the platform. The passenger who has reserved tickets in advance can use Vouchers or E-tickets open through your smartphone for check-in as well.

The way to Chumphon Railway Station is easily accessible to get there. The passengers should be spare time for travelling because the bus will depart from Chumphon train station at 06.00 hrs direct to Thung Makham Noi pier to drop passengers for boarding boat at 07.00 am. (Note passengers should arrive Chumphon Pier at least 1.30hrs – 2 hrs.
