How to book ferry tickets and make a payment

Book through the website

  1. Select your travel dates and click the booking button directly on the timetable.
  2. If you also need a return trip, click “Add return trip”, then continue to the next step.
  3. Fill in traveller details, choose your complimentary resort pickup and drop-off, and proceed to the next step.
  4. Review all information and click “Book now”. You will receive an email summarising the total price with payment instructions below.
  5. Notify payment at 096-370-3899 or Line ID: @ferryadvice.
  6. Wait for our staff to verify the transfer. You will receive your online ticket or voucher within 60 minutes.

Book via email or phone

  1. Share your travel date and number of passengers with our staff.
  2. After we receive your request, our staff will send a quotation within 24 hours.
  3. Once you confirm and make payment, please notify our staff.
  4. We will send the booking confirmation documents via email or fax.
