How to book ferry tickets and make a payment
Book ferry / return transfer
To reserve ferry tickets, please enter your travel information again to search for available departures and real-time fares.
For a smooth trip, we recommend booking 1–2 days in advance. During weekends or public holidays, please book 3–4 days ahead to secure your seats.
Book through the website
- Select your travel dates and click the booking button directly on the timetable.
- If you also need a return trip, click “Add return trip”, then continue to the next step.
- Fill in traveller details, choose your complimentary resort pickup and drop-off, and proceed to the next step.
- Review all information and click “Book now”. You will receive an email summarising the total price with payment instructions below.
- Notify payment at 096-370-3899 or Line ID: @ferryadvice.
- Wait for our staff to verify the transfer. You will receive your online ticket or voucher within 60 minutes.
Book via email or phone
- Share your travel date and number of passengers with our staff.
- After we receive your request, our staff will send a quotation within 24 hours.
- Once you confirm and make payment, please notify our staff.
- We will send the booking confirmation documents via email or fax.
