Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable

Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Booking Modification / Rescheduling

  1. For ferry only, please notify us at least 3 days before departure and specify the new travel date. Failure to notify before the original date will require a new ticket payment.
  2. If you are on the island and wish to reschedule with less than 3 days notice, a new ticket payment is required (during business hours 08:00-16:00 Thailand time).
  3. Bookings during public holidays/festivals cannot be rescheduled or modified.
  4. Rescheduling can be postponed from the original date up to 1 month (excluding holidays).
  5. Urgent bookings made within 24 hours cannot be modified.
  6. You can change the passenger name if you are unable to travel yourself.
  7. Round-trip tickets across companies can only be modified within the same company.
  8. Bookings during long holidays/festivals cannot be modified under any circumstances.
  9. One free modification is allowed. Additional changes require a new ticket payment.
  10. Weather changes will be handled according to Marine Department announcements.
  11. Modifications are only allowed for the original route. Different routes require a new ticket.
  12. After modification, you will receive a revised voucher via email within 24 hours.
  13. Rescheduling may incur additional charges depending on the new travel date availability.
How to Reschedule Your Travel
1. Reschedule to an Earlier Date

Example: Booked for Oct 13, want to change to Oct 7 - must notify by Oct 4 (3 days in advance)

2. Reschedule to a Later Date

Example: Booked for Oct 13, want to change to Oct 23 - must notify by Oct 10 (3 days in advance)

3. If No Notification

The ticket will be automatically used according to the original booking date.

Check-In on Travel Day

  1. Please check in at the ferry company's office or booth 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure. Missing your scheduled ferry requires a new ticket payment.
  2. For new ticket purchases or upgrades, please pay directly at the port.

Ferry / Speedboat Boarding Regulations

  1. Only booked passengers are allowed to board. Additional passengers or children not notified in advance may be denied boarding if the ferry is full.
  2. Pets: Not allowed on speedboats. On ferries, pet service charges apply at the port and outdoor seating only.
  3. If speedboat service is cancelled due to weather, you must switch to a ferry from the same company without a refund for the price difference.
  4. No alcohol consumption is allowed while traveling on the ferry.
  5. Pregnant passengers: Please consult your doctor before traveling on speedboats.

Important Notes

Connecting Flights

Travel times may vary due to weather conditions. If you have a connecting flight, please allow 2-3 hours buffer time from the scheduled port arrival.

Round-Trip with Different Companies (Koh Kood Only)
  1. For accommodation or schedule changes, please contact 063 863 6665 or booking@ferryadvice.com
  2. Park your car only at the outbound ferry company's office. On return, you can request a drop-off from the driver.
  3. No need to collect return tickets - you can check in directly on the island using your voucher.
Travel times may vary due to weather conditions. Delays due to weather affecting other travel arrangements are not the responsibility of the ferry company. Passenger safety is our top priority.
