Traveling from Bangkok to Koh Rong, Cambodia

Bangkok to Koh Rong (Cambodia) now traveling from Thailand to Koh Rong will be easier and more comfortable. Travel from Bangkok to Koh Rong within one day only. For entering Cambodia, complete the details on the arrival card. Normally for Thai tourists, no visa is required. You can only use your passport for a period of not more than 14 days.





Darasakor Pier កំពង់ផែដារ៉ាសាខុន The pier to travel to Koh Rong. It takes about 1 hour. It is a new pier of Sakorsiri High Speed Boat Company opened for service October 1, 2023 Darasakor Pier located in the south of Koh Kong Province, Cambodia near Hin Khao fishing village originally used as a private jetty to Koh Rong.






From Darasakor pier to Koh Rong takes about 1 hour (Boat duration may vary according to the weather)

The boat will dock at Lototray pier on Koh Rong. It is a tourist and a fisherman jetty


Upon arriving at the pier. The boat company offers a minibus service to the resorts on the Island (some resorts do not have transfer service), please check again)

The cost for this meal is US$23. That's not cheap but you can walk a bit further to eat at the pier so the price will be the same as Thailand.

Most of the breakfast at the resort are Buffet breakfast (ABF) at almost every resort. Foreigners and Chinese tourists are quite a lot. The resort is full in every room on Friday and weekend.




A snorkeling trip at Koh Rong costs about US$35. It is a wooden boat. The prices for jointrip more than 15 ppls. including resort transfers. The trip start around 13.00 - 17.00 hrs



The snorkeling spot near Koh Rong is located around the small islands. It takes about 30 minutes by boat.











Most of the roads on the island are concrete and laterite roads because the island is large and road development. Please drive carefully.



Koh Touch pier is the main pier of Koh Rong. The boat departs from Sihanoukville and arrives at this pier. There are many restaurants and shops. Including hotel accommodation and guesthouses.



At Koh Touch pier, there are restaurants, grocery stores, and fruit for sale, the price is cheaper than in the resort. You can choose to buy and eat



Today we will take you to visit Soksan Beach and the Golden Beach Resort, Koh Rong, Cambodia. Traveling from Bangkok to Koh Rong by bus and boat is a new option of travel. We can travel from Bangkok to Koh Rong within one day. Normally, we will get on the boat to Koh Rong from Sihanoukville Province. If we take a plane from Thailand to Sihanoukville, we have to check the boat schedule, which is not available every day and the cost is quite expensive.
