Check-in

             When customer arrive at Boonsiri’s lobby in Leam sok the customer must check in to receive voucher from the staff. In case, if you forget vouchers, please inform your name at the pier or you also can open the voucher on smartphone. Then the staff will provide service transfer to the pier, which is away from the office approximately 1 kilometer

          The customer should be check-in before boarding the boat at Boonsiri. parking is available with service charge 50 THB. We will support roof and CCTV for your car.

             Catamaran boat is one type of Boonsiri ferry. Which can accommodate the passenger around 200-280 seat.  Air-conditioner is available all the room. There is our door zone with life jacket. Also, the ferry allows taking a pet get on the boat.


            Term and Conditions while boarding Boat

1. Passenger must wear a life jacket every time while on the boat.
2. In case of seasickness recommended sitting on the second floor.
3. Cooperation with the staff whenever the crews are kindly asked to get on the boat while the boat is mooring.
4. The customer should look after your belongings of luggage or valuable before you embark on the boat.
5. In case if you take a pet to the boat, please sit at the outdoor zone and you must have a cage or a leash throughout the traveling. The boat allows only small breeds and must   not exceed 15 kg
6. The boat is allowed to carry baggage not exceed 20 kg/person
7. infant be at least 0-3 years old, please inform the staff because the boat must specify the number of passengers and seats for children's life jackets.
8. in case if you're changing the resorts in different locations, please inform our company in advance.                           
9. the boat offers free service transfer from AO Salad pier to accommodation.
