Speedboat

Term and condition:

• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht inclusive VAT.
• Child between 3-9 years will be charge at child price. Child under 3 years is FOC (Share seat with parent).

Confirmation

• All reservation and confirmation must issue by Bundhaya Speed boat office only.
• Booking confirmation route Lanta-Lipe must be booking via Lanta office and Lipe-Lanta must be booking via Lipe office.
• Bundhaya speed boat will be confirming the booking under voucher issued only.
• Telephone confirmation in every voucher. Limited seated on boat.
• No guarantee for booking without voucher issued or pre-payment before departure date.
• Changing the departure date is required 1 day in advance.

Cancellation/No show

• Cancellation before 7 days before departure date no cancellation charge.
• Cancellation within 7 days before departure date 15% from total balance.
• Cancellation 72 hours before departure date 50% from total balance.
• Cancellation less than 72 hours before departure dateor no show on the departure date as booking 100% cancellation charge and ticket is non-refundable.

Check-in

• The customer must be present the voucher at Bundhaya Speed boat officeto change the ticket 45 minutes before departure time.

Confidentiality

• The contract rates stated in this agreement are confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third parties.

Note

• The fare as above is INCLUDED long tail boat from speed boat to Bundhaya Beach.
• Bundhaya speed boat can be cancelled the trip in case of the weather condition without prior notice.
• All rates are NOT INCLUDEDTarutao National Park Fee, Environmental Fee
